disagree.
Seth Godin's post, The Cost of Neutral, and his focus on those that “initiate,” really had me reflecting. While I get the teamwork…working together…collaboration “thing,” I also
actively seek out my “I” people on the “team.”.That is, those on the team who make it part of their professional practice to:
- Initiate
- Inquire
- Invent
- Innovate
- Inspire
- Involve
- Instil
- Improve
- Ignite
- Include…
I am sure there are more; feel free
to add your own “I's” important in your “team.”
This is a great post and focuses on the positive side of changing the culture of any organization or set of practices. Thanks for the “i”inspiration !
