Connecting to Lead Learning Communities – #ecoo11 presentation

On October 21st at 8:30 am, George Couros and I will host a workshop / discussion at The Educational Computing Organization of Ontario’s Conference exploring how leaders and aspiring leaders in the field of education can use online tools and social media to develop leadership competencies across the Ontario Leadership Framework.

Watching the pre-conference chatter on twitter, I noticed that many attendees are looking for more time for face-to-face connections.  In order to build in more time for a “cafe style” discussion in our session, I created the following “flipped workshop” video that folks can watch either before attending, after attending, or if they aren’t able to attend in person.  This way, we can make the most of  the skype session with George, share ideas and explore together.

I hope that you can join us, either in person or by following the hashtag on twitter #OntCP and adding to the google doc for the session.

  1. obviously like your web site however you need to take a look at the spelling on several of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell the reality then again I’ll certainly come back again.
