Never Cease to Grow

I am excited to be on a panel with some of the most tech-savvy Principals I know today at the ISTE 2011 Conference in Philadelphia. The title of the panel discussion is “What does it mean to be a tech-savvy Principal?

It will be a great opportunity to learn from the other panel members George Couros, Eric SheningerBrian Nichols, and Lyn Hilt. The most impressive thing about these people and the panel moderator Scott McLeod is that they are all passionate educators who model that they are continuous learners.  They have taught me that it is not about the technology, it is about building relationships with those who share your passions. I owe them all a great debt of gratitude!

It seems like we need to be ready to provide our teachers with space to take tech risks. Also we need to have tools and resources ready for our teachers in the exact moment when they are relevant
