Thomas Martellone is in his 17th year of administrative leadership. He is currently principal of Fiske Elementary School, located in Lexington, Massachusetts. Previously, Thomas served as Principal of Greene Central SChool in Greene, Maine and prior to that, Hall-Dale Primary/Elementary School in Hallowell, Maine. Most recently, Thomas has been a candidate for Superintendent of Schools in Tewksbury, MA and Carlisle, MA.
Thomas’s core values are focused on serving students. His mission is to develop a community of engaged learners, including both students and educators. He encourages and values risk taking and creativity. Thomas is passionate about collaboration at the school and district level, as well as beyond. He believes in using technology as a tool to increase student learning and to promote adult collaboration. Thomas is highly interested in and knowledgeable about educator evaluation, RTI, digital learning, and administrator mentoring.
