Scott Shaw is currently the principal of Eisenhower Middle School in Roxbury, NJ. During his education career, he has had the opportunity to serve students, staff and parents in urban, suburban, vocational, and comprehensive school districts. Although a native Texan, Scott resides in northern NJ with his wife and four children. In his role as principal, he daily seeks to develop positive relationships, build leadership capacity, and facilitate the necessity for always learning among students, staff, and parents.
